Appraise Estate is a web based service offered by ONit. Canada Ltd.

Appraise Estate is created by Accredited Personal Property Appraisers, to provide guidance for inventory and documentation of personal property possessions and contents. The Appraise Estate application is not an appraiser, and its website, services, templates or forms are not a substitute for a formal written appraisal. Appraisers are available to assist with personal property content reports for an additional fee. Appraise Estate provides access to appraisal information, guidance, self-help services and progressive web application tools at your request. Appraise Estate provides general information for documenting contents only; the application and its forms can be edited by you to provide direct information as to your individual estate asset requirements.
